If You Have an Emergency
The first thing to do is evaluate the seriousness of the condition.
If it is life threatening, please dial 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
When you arrive, ask them to contact your LifeScape physician.
If the condition is less serious, but you still need guidance, call our office at 480-860-5500.
If you reach us during office hours, the doctor will call you personally or
will deliver instructions through a staff member. If you reach us after
office hours, you will be provided with instructions for contacting one of
our "on call" physicians.
