LifeScape providers have the following affiliations:

Mayo Clinic:  Dr. Wilder served as Director of the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale’s Family Medicine Residency. Drs. Pozun and Strohman are graduates of that outstanding program while Norman Bizon spent ten years at the Mayo Clinic as a Physician Assistant. We are proud of our Mayo heritage and continue to have close relationships with Mayo Clinic consultants, many of whom are our friends and patients. LifeScape patients who are eligible for care at Mayo have access to tailored referrals, laboratory or specialty services, and Mayo Hospital admission if needed.
Scottsdale Healthcare:  LifeScape providers have well-established relationships with high-quality hospital specialists who care for our patients requiring admission to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea and Thompson Peak hospitals. We will also attend to newborns or children requiring admission to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea.
